Just a few hours after Chanel's 2009 Autumn/Winter debut show in Paris, France, former Chanel model Kate Moss was seen wearing the collection's jewelry as well as a beaded jacket from the designer's new line.
Other celebrities seen wearing Chanel lately include Lindsay Lohan, Mary Kate Olsen, Mischa Barton, Victoria Beckham, Hilary Duff, Nicole Richie, Paris & Niki Hilton, and Katie Holmes, just to name a few.
In the top left photo, Mary Kate & Ashley Olsen are seen posing with Karl Lagerfeld, who after Coco Chanel's death, took over as one of the company's lead designers. This is a perfect example of the capacity that celebrity influence can have on fans. Due to the fact that both of the Olsen twins are seen as fashion icons, many of their biggest fans follow their lead in the products that they like and buy.
